Room for Rent (female)

Our roommate just got married! So we now have a 1 bedroom and shared bathroom available. Monthly rent is $360 plus utilities. (The apartment is really nice, we just have an amazing deal on rent because we are locked into a low rate from over 4 years ago). We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. Non-smoking, responsible, no pets, and financially stable. ABOUT US: We have been attending Trinity regularly since Fall of 2007. I graduated from the University of Florida last May and work as a business consultant. Stephanie, the other roommate, recently graduated from Georgia Tech and is an architect. We love Jesus, outdoor sports, and LOST. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: The Mosaic Apartments at 5675 Roswell Rd. We are located near Perimeter Mall and I-285, only 5 miles from Buckhead and 15 minutes from Downtown. It's a great location. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Washer/dryer included. Balcony. Furnished common areas, but we have room for some of your large pieces. We are on the top floor of a 3-story (6 unit) building and have nice, quiet neighbors.
