Apartment Available Right next to Campus !

I am living in an awesome apt right next to KSU. I got a job in Atlanta( my move date should be mid June!!!). The apartment complex is called The Greenhouse. I have had no problems. The leasing office is right next to my building meaning the main swimming pool, gym, and tennis courts are directly behind my building. This is also a great place for students because KSU is in walking distance. I have nice neighbors and everything is nice and quiet. The apt is 700 sq ft. with a walk in closet and bar. these are some more features it has :) All of this will be done legally through the leasing office! If you decide to live here , your name will be put on the lease, and mine taken off , simple as that. It is not technically a sublet , but is. When the lease comes to an end in November you can choose to renew or not renew.
